I am so pleased to announce that Dr. Spice Lussier, NMD will be establishing a permanent position at Desert Wellness Center. Dr. Lussier and I have known each other for more than 10 years and are happy to be able to join forces to bring you excellent naturopathic medical care. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge, many years of experience, and a down-to-earth disposition that is loved by her patients. I’ve been searching high and low for the right doctor to take care of everyone while I’m on maternity leave, and Dr. Lussier is the right fit for the job – I would refer my family members to her! She will be seeing patients in our office starting March 5th and will be able to take excellent care of your needs from a consultation to medication refills, labs, or treatments.
In preparing for this newest addition to my own family (slated to arrive March 22nd), I will have limited office hours starting March 5th, but Dr. Lussier will be here the other times to take care of anything you may need. At this time, I don’t have a definite “return-to-work”, but we’ll be sure to keep you posted!

Meet Dr. Spice Lussier, NMD
Dr. Lussier is a licensed Naturopathic physician in Arizona. She obtained a bachelor of science in Biomedical Chemistry from Oral Roberts University. Prior to pursuing training in medical school, she spent time working in an HMO medical office and realized there was something more to medicine than just spending 10 minutes with patients and giving prescriptions. She discovered her calling while obtaining Naturopathic medical degree at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. With over 10 years experience in healthcare she now practices natural medicine with a focus on treating the whole person and not just dealing with symptoms. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and camping in the great outdoors.
