Office Visit fees are based on time spent:

• 15 minutes: $40
• 30 minutes: $75
• 1 hour: $150

Therapy Fees depend on the therapy involved:

• Prolotherapy: $80 (per joint treated)
• B12 Injections: $20
• Nutrient IV: $80
• Acupuncture: $50

Medical Testing

• Comprehensive Hormone Testing $225
• Adrenal Health Testing $96
• Heavy Metal Testing $75

Food Allergy Testing

HCG Program: all supplies, visits included

• 6-weeks: $500
• 3-weeks: $350

Repeat HCG Patients

• 6-weeks: $400
